At NextGen-PLC Limited, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that all parts are delivered accurately and in good condition. Due to the specialized nature of industrial automation products, our refund policy is defined as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item or quantity.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is significantly different from the confirmed quotation or product description.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling.
• Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts.
• Software, licenses, or downloadable content.

All sales of discontinued, obsolete, or used parts are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our service team at info@cambiaplc.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If a replacement part is available, we will arrange an exchange instead of a refund upon request.
